In a report on the 'Us-
age of the Law of Sedi-
tion', the Commission
said its earlier report
had termed the punish-
ment for Section 124A
(law of sedition) of the
Indian Penal Code (IPC)
"very odd" as it has
provisions for either
life imprisonment or
a three-year jail term,
but nothing in between.

based on complaints of
six adult wrestlers and the
father of a minor. Sources
say they point to several al-
leged instances of sexual
harassment, inappropriate
touching, groping, stalking
and intimidation by Singh
at dif ferent times and
places including in foreign
countries, over a decade.
The Delhi Police had on
April 28 registered the two
