type of assessment.

Reflection:

Reflect on the need for the alignment of the three important components
of the instructional plan.
Alignment of the three important components of the teaching- learning
process leads to an effective teaching and learning. Planned lessons means
teacher is prepared and lead to a meaningful discussion, the students may easily
learned the topic and will produced a positive assessment outcomes.
As a future teacher, the important lesson taught me during my
classroom observation is: A teacher should come in class fully prepared, creative
enough for different activities so that the learners must not be bored, as much as
possible he or she should enter the classroom with mastery of the lesson and
ready to all possible question that the student may question. Because in this field
learning assessment is not only for the learners, it is also for the teacher.

I believed that being a teacher is a flexible profession because no matter
how exhausted and worst is your day, you should come in class in a positive way
and arm with mastery of lesson and a beautiful smile, you are still some learner’s
best hope and society expects so much from you.
Therefore, a teacher influence is eternity, no one can tell when it will stop
or end.

The three components are up for Villa Casa. Constructive alignment is an

educational theory that emphasizes, the alignment of outcomes or be able to do
at the end of every learning experience.

As for assessment. It plays a crucial role in constructivist alignment. The

assessment method should align with the learning outcomes and the learning
strategies employed.

What type of assessment was given? Is it traditional or authentic?

The given assessment was quiz, therefore it is a traditional assessment.

Reflection:

Reflect on the need for the alignment of the three important components
of the instructional plan.
The alignment of the three components promotes consistency within the
instructional plan. When alignment is lacking, students may receive mix messages
or encounter inconsistencies that hinders their ability to reach the intended
learning outcomes. Moreover, the alignment helps optimize instructional time
and resources although they make sure to avoid unnecessary overlaps or gasp for
instruction.

My philosophy in teaching is rooted in the belief that education should
empower individuals to become critical thinkers, lifelong learners and active
contributors to the society. I also believe in placing the students at the center of
the learning process. Each students possesses different intelligence and learning
styles that is why it is important to recognize every individual I aim to create a
supportive and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse needs.
