Booking Policies:

● Check-In Time: 2:00 PM

● Check-Out Time: 12:00 Noon
● Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on a relevant day, to be
reconfirmed with the front desk assistant.
● We require at least a 50% down payment upon reservation, and the other 50% shall be
settled before checking in.
● Cancellation is not allowed once the booking is confirmed. All reservation payments are
non-refundable.
● Villas not occupied by 10:00 PM of the booked date will be seen as a No-Show unless a
prior arrangement has been made. No-Show, no refund.
● It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check-in; for
foreign guests, a valid passport, and for domestic guests, a valid identity card shall be
accepted as proof of identity.
● Guests checking into the villa must be at least 18 years of age.
● Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or
require payment of cancellation fees.
● A security deposit of Php 3,000 shall be made upon check-in to cover charges incurred
during your stay such as food, beverages, or other paid extras.
