VISION
The empowerment of children imbued with Positive values free and
protected by a responsive and enabling families and communities to make
them productive in the near future.
MISSION
Provision of a guided and wholesome activities & social services to children
and youth, that will transform them into a well molded and productive
citizens in the near future.
GOALS
Increased awareness for an improved moral, social, mental, physical, and
spiritual well-being of the disadvantaged children through proper education
and wholesome activities/experiential learning necessary for the best
interest of the clients.
OBJECTIVES
 To provide care, protection and immediate social services to disadvantaged female
children and victims of child abuse.
 To help the children develop a sense of self-esteem through dignified work services and
activities at the center.
 To provide opportunities for formal education in preparation for their independent
living while possible return to families are being worked out.
 To provide support services such as but not limited to skills training and livelihood
activities in preparation for their reintegration into the family and community.
 To provide counseling to children and their families and assist them become
economically self-sufficient and socially responsible.
 To effect linkages with other community and district for effective implementation of
program and services for the best interest and welfare
of the residents.
