Dear Parent/Guardian

In order for your child to successfully obtain their Keys for Life certificate through the
program at Harrisdale Senior High School in Semester 1, 2022, there are a number of
requirements that need to be met.

These requirements include:

§ Minimum achievement of 24/30 for their learners permit theory test (In class
multiple choice test).
§ Minimum attendance rate of 80% in Keys for Life lessons.
§ Successful completion and submission of the Student Behind the Wheel
Journal. All activities must be completed, and the log book signed.
§ Successful completion and submission of your child’s class work book or
OneNote.
§ Participation in all in class activities.
§ Acknowledgement of the Keys for Life program requirements, signed and
returned to classroom teacher.
