b)Questionnaire proposal
This is a questionnaire designed for adult students learning a foreign language
that will be applied before the course, during and after it. By looking at these
questionnaires after the course, the students will be able to measure their progress.
The questions for the before stage of the questionnaire should be about the
objectives of the course and the learners' interests.
1) Why do you want to learn English?
2) In which areas do you think English is useful?
3) Do you have someone to practice English outside the classroom?
4) Do you think practicing English only in the classroom is enough to learn it?
5) Do you like to watch things and listen to music in English?
6) How often do you think classes are necessary per week?
7) Do you like to learn languages?
During the course the students would be asked about their progress, if the
course is achieving their expectations and what could improve.
8) Do you think you are making progress during the classes?
9) Which areas do you think you haven't improved yet?
10) What other contents would you like to see in the course?
11) Do you think it's being useful in which aspects of your life?
After the course, the students would be asked if the course was useful for them,
if they achieved what they wanted and what they think could be done differently.
12) Did you achieve your goals?
13) What do you think could be done to improve the course?
14) What did you like most about the course?
15) What did you like least about the course?

c) Justification of questionnaire design: all the questions included in the questionnaire

must be justified regarding the group of students it is designed for and the contents
covered in “Individual factors in the learner’s development”.
1) Why do you want to learn English?
Most adults have a reason to learn a foreign language and in most times it's
because of their jobs. So, it would be instrumental learning. According to Gardner,
instrumental motivation is related to practical goals, for example career opportunities.
The learner learns a language according with what he/she can get  with it
