Weekly report 1

Day 1: Distribution point Tonk Road


 went to the distributor point and met my corporate mentor.
 Had an official introduction and got a brief about the company and the
products.
 Discussed the project details and objectives to be fulfilled
 Created 3 days beat plan for the competitive analysis.
Day 2: Location haldhighati marg
 Visited 12 outlets with DSR and did the competitive analysis for the
Home freshener category.
 Noted who are the competitors of Godrej.
 What are their price and SKU offered by the company.
Day 3: Heera path
 Visited 5 pro(premium retail outlets) outlets and did the competitive
analysis.
 Met the ASM (area sales manager) for lunch to get a brief about the
objectives and the expectation to be met.
Day 4: Mahesh Nagar
 Visited 15 Pro outlets with new DSR and did the competitive analysis.
 Asked the retailers about the schemes and margins offered by the
competitors.
 Any window display or any clubs offered by the company.
Day 5: Sanganer Katla
 Visited 15 Gro (Grow retail outlets) in rural and backward areas to check
the effective coverage and visibility.
 Did a sales pitch for the air pocket and air Matic range to the retailers.
 Asked them about the competitor’s product.
Day 6: Work from home
 Made a report for the 4 days’ work done in the market
 Excel file with all the details about the competitors and the products
offered by them in the room freshener category
 Gave brief about the competitive analysis in the word file.
