The Applicant is an Association of Persons bearing NTN 2278130-7 having its registered business office at
Industrial Estate Hattar, Haripur and is operating business in the name of M/s Adeel Shehbaz Steel Mills as
principal activity of Manufacturing of billet & iron bars.

In exercise of the powers conferred upon the undersigned under section 159 of the Income Tax Ordinance
2001, it is directed that deduction of withholding Tax u/s 153(1)(a) of the Ordinance, shall not be made
from payments made to M/s Adeel Shehbaz Steel Mills in respect of supply of goods manufactured by the
Taxpayer.

The tax already deducted before issuance of this Exemption Certificate shall not be refundable to the
taxpayer but shall be deposited in the National Exchequer in accordance with the law.

This Certificate is valid only for production before withholding agents by the Taxpayer bearing NTN
2278130-7 in respect of supply of goods. However, this Certificate is not valid for any others supply of
goods except 153(1)(a) of the above mentioned taxpayer.

This Certificate is valid upto the date mentioned above, unless revoked /cancelled earlier.
