 Coordinate with the collection of payables in Barangay Ligaya with the

previous BAPA issue

 The contracts of collection centers at Sta. Cruz, Abra de Ilog and Paluan
are to be renewed annually

 Payment of utilities are to be monitored and paid in a monthly basis

 Change meter and clustering of Paluan Area is to be continued

 If there are available budget continue the repairs of the office areas

transition period, and I am happy to answer any questions that you may have. I
have also scheduled a turnover meeting with you on May 15, 2023 to discuss the
turnover report in more detail.
