To become a general student member :

1) go to https://www.concrete.org/membership/studentmembership.aspx and press Start your free

student membership

2) Select Free student membership, agree to the membership terms & condition and press continue

3) Register as a new customer, provide your personal information on the screen with your personal
email that you regularly use along with a strong password

4) The screen should ask to send an unlock code to your email. Press the button and check your email
for code. Input the code in the previous screen and press continue

5) Become a member screen should come, input your personal details there.

6) In the school information, provide the following details exactly as shown in the screen and below.
Press continue after filling these up:

a) Country - Bangladesh

b) State/Province - Dhaka

c) School Name: My School is not listed

d) Other School: Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET)

e) Professor/Advisor Name: Dr. Rupak Mutsuddy

f) Professor/Advisor Email: mutsuddy@ce.buet.ac.bd

g) Expected graduation date: input yours approximately

h) Course of Study: Civil Engineering (Materials, Structural)

i) Degree Type: Bachelors Degree Exercise caution while filling these up, as the details are case sensitive.

7) Press Submit Application

8 ) Screen should say application submitted. Wait for a few hours until you get a confirmation email
from ACI. In the mean time, you can check out My ACI, highlighted above

9) Once you get confirmation email and your membership is approved by our advisor, your "My ACI"
screen should have your details and membership id The Membership # should have a number, denoting
your membership confirmation. Note the membership ID down for future references

10) Join ACI BUET Student Chapter Facebook Group:

https://web.facebook.com/groups/344524080464587 Input your student ID and your membership ID
while joining. If you don't provide that, your request will not be approved.
