But when you talk you tell them that you have following printer with 4 spectra head which
name is UD 3304. This was earlier model of your company with spectra head. Because now
company is making this machine with Konica heads.

Problems during printing 
(1)           Some print heads are not jetting ink. Please check the color board and its
attachment board. First, exchange the defected head with a proper head, observe the head
jetting condition to confirm if the print head is proper or not; second, exchange the small print
head and cable, confirm the board and cable is ok or not; if the above two item is ok, please
replace the color board and check. 
(2)           No head is jetting ink: exchange the two optical fibers, and check if they are
connected properly or not; if ok please replace 20Pin cable and check; the last check is
positive cleaning 7Pin cable.  
(3)           Ink Breaking: check if the head voltage is ok or not, if not please adjust it and
check, if same problem please replace color board.  
(4)           Ink Sprays: replace the color board attach board 
(5)           Head Jetting Quantity is less: exchange small head board and check 
(6)           Color board doesn’t get power: check head power cable 
(7)           Losing pass: replace the 20Pin cable 
(8)           Printing error: replace the 20Pin cable 
(9)           Nonstop jetting: replace PCI card 
(10)         Printing is out of position: replace the 20Pin cable 
(11)         Some pass were lost during printing: replace color board 
(12)         There is wave line on the printing: check if there is dirty spot on the steel tape of
the rail. Clean it. 
(13)         No Purging, head voltage is not displayed on the software: check the optical fiber 
(14)         Carriage doesn’t go to home position, head voltage is not displayed on the
software: replace PCI card 
(15)          Head voltage can’t be adjusted: replace the color board attach board first, if same
problem please replace the color board 
(16)          Printing in a certain place is out of position: check if the encoder stripe is dirty or
not and clean it 
(17)          Carriage jerks in some certain place: replace the encoder stripe sensor, if same
problem please replace the encoder stripe 
(18)          Printing is out of position to left or right: check the head power cable 
(19)          Printing speed is out of control: replace the X motor driver 
(20)          The printer has no response after turn on: replace the PCI card 
(21)          Encoder stripe reading has error: replace encoder stripe or the sensor 
(22)          The media movement is not stable, and there is light and heavy printing line:
adjust the  Y motor driver, check if the Y motor has noise or not 
(23)          The pre-heater has noise after turn on printer: check the AC contactor 
(24)          Media step is not equal: adjust the pinch rollers so that the media press is equal;
adjust the table so that it is flatly
