The story of "Macbeth" begins with the protagonist, Macbeth, and his

teammate Banquo, on their way back from a battle. Along the way, they
met three witches, and these people predicted three things that
the first is that Macbeth will become the leader of Cawdor
the second is that Macbeth will become king of Scotland.
Third, Banquo was also prophesied that his descendants would rule
Scotland.
However, Banquo was very cautious and did not want to believe these
words.

After the two returned from battle, Macbeth was called into the palace by
King Duncan and made him the leader of Cawdor because the former
leader had betrayed and fled to Norway.

After the first prophecy came true, Macbeth doubted whether the second
prophecy could ever come true.

After killing King Duncan, Macbeth became king of Scotland but felt
extremely scared and worried by the third prophecy. Macbeth feared that
someone would kill him to depose his throne. Macbeth decided to kill
more people to maintain his power

Macduff and Malcolm enlist the help of the king of England to get
revenge and free the people of Scotland from Macbeth's ruthless rule.
With the help of the King of England, Macduff and his army entered
Macbeth's palac. Macduff kills Macbeth and returns the throne to
Malcolm.
