Dear Prof. Dr Raja Iskandar,

This letter serves as my formal notice of my resignation from Department of Medicine,

Universiti Malaya. My last employment day in University Malaya (Wisma R&D) will be on
25th Jun 2023 which is one month notice starting today.

Having been given the chance to be part of the team is a great honor for me. Thus, I would
like to express my gratitude to the management and especially to Prof. Dr Iskandar and the
other team members, who had given me all the support I needed in order to perform my job
properly. I wish you and the company the very best.

I have truly enjoyed my time at Wisma R&D, Universiti Malaya and thank you so much for
your understanding and assistance.
