 Use of eight (8) Lucia II Hotel at four (4) pax sharing.
 Use of one (1) Lucia I Hotel at three (3) pax sharing.

o Check-out Time: 11:00 AM, 2nd day

VENUE REQUIREMENTS:
 Use of a Fully Air-conditioned Function Hall with set up of tables and chairs for the
guaranteed number of guests.
o Use of LCD Projector w/ widescreen.
o Use of PA System w/ wireless microphone.
o Use of HDMI cable Cord.
o Wi-fi Access.

MEAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Food package for the guaranteed number of guests (according to the meal schedule
below).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Reservation fee of P10,000.00 or 5% of total offer price whichever is greater, non-refundable.

Reservation fee is deductible from the total contract price. Reservations will not be
accepted without the reservation fee. 50% deposit upon signing of contract. Full payment
seven (7) days prior to occasion/function day. ASIA UNITED BANK Account Number 039-01-
000045-4; Account Name – Sitio Lucia Hotel & Resort Corp.: We only accept Cash or
company check. FOR CHECK PAYMENT: please make check payment payable to SITIO
LUCIA HOTEL & RESORT CORP.
2. Sitio Lucia Resort are not liable for any accident or losses that may happen while inside the
premises. The coordinator shall be held liable for any damages done inside the premises.
3. Use of Function Room or Venue is only for eight (8) hours total only, additional usage is
subject to P2,000.00 per hour.
4. Excess of guaranteed number of guest, subject to additional fee according to rate.
5. Electric devices are strictly not allowed to be brought inside the premises.
6. Swimming pools will be closed during cleaning time: Phase I – 3:00AM to 8:00AM & Phase II –
8:00PM to 8:00AM.
7. Client will provide Sitio Lucia Resort copy of their Vaccination Card.
8. Client is advised to wear masks at all times, whenever possible.
9. Client will provide Sitio Lucia Resort copy of names of their staff. Unauthorized persons will not
be allowed to enter Sitio Lucia premises.
10. Catered food, beer liquor are strictly not allowed.
