FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE March 28, 2017 MEMORANDUM FOR : The Heads of Offices, Bureaus, and Ser DSWD Central Office ATTENTION : ALL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT (MOA) AND JOB ORDER (JO) WORKERS FROM : The Director for Financial Management Service SUBJECT : ORIENTATION ON THE QUARTERLY PAYMENT AND FILING OF INCOME TAX RETURNS FOR MOA AND JO WORKERS This pertains to the deadline of the filing of the MOA and JO workers CY 2017 First Quarter Income Tax Return (BIR Form 1701Q) on or before April 17, 2017 (the official deadline falis on a Black Saturday, and deadlines which fall in weekends, holidays, and non-working days shall be automatically moved to the next working day). Please be informed that the Financial Management Service shall hold an orientation on the quarterly payment and filing of income tax retums for MOA and JO workers on April 4, 2017, Tuesday, at DSWD New Building Main Lobby to orient the MOA and JO workers on the procedures of filling-up the BIR Form 1701Q (Quarterly Income Tax Return) and discuss procedures on payment of any remaining tax payable and the filing of aforesaid BIR form with RDO 39, Considering the limited space of the venue, we will divide the participants into 3 batches for the said activity which will be as follows: 1. 1stbatch from 9:00AM to 11:00AM 2. 2ndbatch — - from 1:00PM to 3:00 PM; and 3. 3rdbatch from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM On this, we are inviting five (5) MOA/JO representatives per OBS to attend the said orientation. Below is the reply slip; please submit the name of the OBS representative for the assigned schedule to the FMS on or before 5:00 PM of March 30, 2017.
