The June 5, 2023, false and certified deliberate and intentional incomplete docket
sheet of Jeremy Jones in U.S. v. Jeremy Jones, 05cr1115 (SDNY)-- suppressed,
concealed, and hidden Sept. 2006 Rule 11 and USSG perjury contracts, and USSG
5k1.1 bribery letter presented by AUSA Nicholas S. Goldin, see Sept. 11, 2008, Tr. 4
during Jones secret sentencing proceeding.

The government awarded and bribed Jones with a secret and covert USSG 5k1.1
substantial assistance letter for knowingly and intentionally committing perjury, and
giving false and misleading testimony at trial in U.S. v. Ware, 05cr1115 (SDNY) with
the consent and knowledge of District Judge William H. Pauley, III (deceased); and
paid (bribed) Jones with more than $600,000 in debt reduction for his perjured
testimony at trial.

 The Sept. 11, 2008, covert and secret sentencing proceeding of Jeremy Jones—the
government via AUSA Nicholas S. Goldin paid and bribed Jones with (I) a bogus and illegal USSG
5k1.1 bribery letter for “very substantial assistance”—for Jones knowingly and deliberately
committing perjury during the trial under the control and authority of the government; and (II)
paid Jones move than +$600,000 in unlawful debt reduction (a bribe) for his known perjured
testimony in U.S. v. Ware, 05cr1115 (SDNY) in January 2007 and April 2007, which District Judge
William H. Pauley, III (deceased) approved and consented to the introduction of perjury and false
and misleading trial testimony and evidence (GX 92 and GX 93) into the trial record.

Pauley paid Kirton CJA bribery fees to be associated with and coordinated the bribery and
perjury of Jones, and to provide Jones with ineffective assistance of counsel.

 The U.S. Attorney’s Manual requires that all Rule 11 plea agreements and USSG 5k1.1
substantial assistance letters be in writing and be approved by the executive supervisors within
the USAO (SDNY) before being presented in court, and record of the USSG 5k1.1 documents be
maintained in the USAO (SDNY) and in the District Court (SDNY) official judicial records.
