3. The Affiant, Detective Clint Hetrick, is an officer of the Indiana State Police Department.
The Affiant believes and has good cause to believe that the said Defendant committed the aforesaid offense(s).
The Affiant baSes his/her belief on the fact that on April 6, 2023 and April 11, 2023 Aaron Thompson called the ofiices
of Congressman Jim Banks and lefi several threatening messages towards Congressman Banks and his family. Aaron
Thompson was interviewed by the United States Capitol Police and admitted to being intoxicated and leaving the
voicemails at Congressman Banks Office because he disagrees with him politically.

On April 6, 2023 Aaron Thompson lefi one voice mail at Congressman Banks office and made the statements that he
hoped Congressman Banks dies in a car crash. He also made vulgar statements towards Congressman Banks wife.

On April 1 l, 2023 Aaron Thompson lefi seven voicemails at Congressman Banks office and made statements again
towards Congressman Banks and his family. Thompson again made vulgar statements towards Congressman Banks.
The first voicemail left by Thompson he makes the statement "Mole-ay, Mole-ay, Mole-ay, Mole-ay, Mole-ay, Mole-
ay, Mole-ay hope you die yay Mole-ay three daughters. Hey, hey, hey, three bullets hey, hey, hey one wife yay . Oh
yeah, yeah, we'll give her two bullets. Mole-ay how's your moles on face you little fuckhead"

Thompson made statements towards Congressman Banks saying "1 hope you fucking get your brains blown out."

In another voicemail Thompson indicates that he owns a gun because the constitution allows him to. The final two
voicemails afier Thompson states he has a gun Thompson states "Here's the choice. Your daughters grow up without
 their dad. Or you .grow old without your daughters. How you like that? Let me know what your opinion is. I'll make the
decision. Love you fucking faggot." "Boom Boom you pick which two daughters get shot."
