28, Jeevan Laxmi CHS Ltd, Dr. R.P.Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai-400080
(2) Smt Sangeetha C N, W/o Subramanian Seshan, aged 37 years, salaried by profession,
residing at D 28, Jeevan Laxmi CHS Ltd, Dr. R.P.Road, Mulund (W), Mumbai-400080
do hereby solemnly affirm & state as follows:
1. We say that, we know Late, Shri. N Satchidanandam & Smt Visalakshi Sarchidanandam and
also their family members for the past 15 years.
2. We also say that Late, Shri. N. Satchidanandam & Smt. Visalakshi Satchidanandam both have
expired on 23.4.2021 at Bhopal due to Covid.
They have left behind their children
1. Narayanan Satchidanandam, aged 49 years (Son) &
2. Mahalakshmi Subramaniam, aged 40 years (daughter) as their only legal heirs.

Besides these they had no other legal heirs.

All these are true.
