2、Note ：
1.keep the rubber roller clean.
2.don’t touch the controlling circuits
3.don’t put your hand under the print head and don’t touch the print head
4.the foil must clean or else it will damage the print head.

3、Prepare
1.suitable humidity 55%,temperature 15℃-25℃

before use the machine：

① voltage: 220V(110V),

② check carefully of the print head ,if the print head is dirty, power off then clean it with alcohol.

3. parameter and the function of button：

Manu：display the main manu

Test：print the test picture

back：back to the USB flash manu, after you set the parameter it will back

pause：stop when you printing or resume work

delete/stop：emergency stop

V+，V-：option key，Parameters to add or subtract

Up/down：page up/down,parameter option key

ok：confirm the parameter and start print

• Parameter meaning：
Printing parameter：

Power ：print quantity of heat,bigger of the number , slower of the speed

speed：time-lapse of the print speed，bigger of the number , slower of the speed，

 repeat：same file print time more than 1

Head blank：1、print from the image，0、print according to the design

Tail blank：1、stop print according to the image，0、print according to the design

（1） on-line mode：
note :when you chose this mode, the machine should connect with computer and change the IP to :
192.168.0.101(last three number “101”，you can also change other number except 100,suggest number：101-255)，
other operation same with off-line(U flash) mode
（2） off-line mode：

off-line mode use U flash, use the software we supply ，create”*.dat”file for printing（detail operation please check the
software operation manual）

(3) file from the U flash：

Display the file for printing

press“V+”，“V-”or“up”，“down”select the file then press”ok”，come out the parameter setting page,press“V+”，“V-
”change the parameter，press“up”，“down”change the parameter item，press “ok”again then you can print.
If the temperature is higher or lower , you have to adjust the heating time, you should press”pause” then adjust V+ or V-

5：problem and solution：

1：the machine not work and no disply：

（1） check the power

（2） check the tube

（3） check the power light bright or not.

（4） check the control panel light bright or not

2：when you printing the print head up and down abnomal

（1） check the wire and capacitance connection

（2） check the two relay, if they work

3：operation panel not work：

（1）check the wire connection

（2）check the panel if there is any damage

3：no display or messy code:

（1）check the wire between display and board

（2）check if the screen has damage

4：the image not complete when you printing：

（1）if there is a line or many line, check the print head, maybe it was dirty

（2）if there is a strip more than 50mm blank,check the data line for print head

5：large area can’t print or the image not stick firmly：

（1） try to increase the print pressure or increase the heat power
（2） contact the supplier buy the standard foil
6：the colour change, and overheat

（1） reduce the heat power
7：scratch on the image：
（1） cut the power, clean the print head with alcohol,two guide draft
（2） check the both sides of front scroll, if the foil tightness same
