1. What happen during fight and flight response? state all.


 The fight or flight response is an innate physiological reaction to a stressful or
scary experience. Threat perception activates the sympathetic nervous system,
resulting in an acute stress reaction that prepares the body to fight or escape.
These reactions are evolutionary adaptations that boost the likelihood of
surviving in dangerous conditions. Excessive, severe, or inappropriate
activation of the fight or flight response has been linked to a variety of clinical
problems, including the majority of anxiety disorders. An increased
knowledge of the purpose and function of the fight or flight response is an
important aspect of anxiety treatment. The biological effects of the fight or
