1. Briefly explain how stress will effected our daily life?


 Some stress might be beneficial. It might be a test that keeps us awake,
motivated, and prepared to escape danger. However, too much stress might
make us ill. According to study, it can also cause or exacerbate certain
symptoms or disorders. When you are consistently stressed, you may have
physical symptoms such as headaches, upset stomach, high blood pressure,
chest discomfort, and difficulty sleeping. Stress can also cause emotional
issues, depression, panic attacks, and other types of anxiety and concern. If
you believe that the way you handle life's stresses is negatively impacting your
physical health, consult with your doctor so that you may begin making
adjustments that will benefit both your body and mind.

2. What will you do if you are in stress?


 I will takes the time to relax every day aids in stress management and protects
the body from the impacts of stress. Furthermore, you may choose from a
number of approaches, such as deep breathing, visualisation, progressive
muscle relaxation, and mindfulness meditation. There are several online and
mobile apps that give assistance on these strategies; while some need a fee,
many are free. In addition, I'll reduce stress by consuming alcohol or eating.

increase stress in the long run. Caffeine can amplify the negative
consequences of stress. Stress can be alleviated by eating a healthy, well-
balanced diet.
