The next step is the completion of your Preliminary Visit Questionnaire. As of January 1, 2015, ACBSP is
requiring that all reports be submitted electronically using the ACBSP online reporting system.

In a separate email, you should have previously received a message with log-in information from
acbsp@support.campuslabs.com, instructing you how to access the reporting system. Please let me know if you
have misplaced this information and we will gladly assist you.

To assist you in this endeavor, we provide recorded training webinars, and other tutorials which can be found on
our website at ACBSP Webinars. Once you have completed the Preliminary Visit Questionnaire, a visit by the
mentor to your institution will be scheduled to review the document.

The objectives of the site visit by the mentor are to identify any "opportunities for improvement" that may exist
in meeting the standards and to assist in creating an action plan to meet ACBSP standards. Also, the overall
readiness of your business unit to proceed with the self-study will be discussed.
