Dear Sir,

I hope this application finds you in good health and high spirits. I,Rahul Verma, a student of
B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems ( Year 2022-2026 , University Roll No.
10931122031 ,Reg. No. 221090110138 , Student ID: 2210913037), am writing to request
your kind consideration and seek your help so I can be allowed to fill the semester 2 exam
form, despite missing the initial deadline.

I sincerely apologise for the oversight on my part in not submitting the semester exam form
within the prescribed time frame.I fully understand the significance of adhering to deadlines
and the importance of taking responsibility for my actions. However, due to unforeseen
circumstances of my aunt who lives with us getting hospitalised in another state, we had to
move out of the state and being the eldest son of my family I was under the pressure of too
many responsibilities and I regrettably missed the deadline.

I genuinely value my education and academic progress, and I am eager to participate in the
upcoming semester exams to demonstrate my understanding of the course material. Missing
the opportunity to take these exams would have a detrimental impact on my academic
performance, overall growth and mental health.

I kindly request your benevolence in supporting and granting me the opportunity to fill the
semester exam form once again. I assure you that this incident has served as a wake-up
call, and I have learned the importance of being punctual and organised in fulfilling my
academic responsibilities.
