Please find enclosed herewith for your action the above documents with comments as noted
below:

(PCL-SD-EP-P6-003) POWER Layout for Podium-6:

1. AC unit’s indoor & outdoor D.Bs cables sizes should be as per IFC/SLD and AC indoor &
outdoor unit’s locations shall be coordinate with M&P dept to avoid any conflict and rework.
2. Contractor to ensure all electrical work & cable tray levels to be coordinated with all other
structural, architectural and M&P discipline to avoid afterward issues and rework.
Coordination drawing not approved.
3. All electrical openings should be highlighted in building work and structure drawings and
dimensions should be as per latest IFC drawing.
4. Wiring for normal power circuits to be 3 x 4mm2 and for UPS power circuits and 3 x 4mm2
fire rated as per IFC drawings.
5. Contractor to ensure that all wall power, sockets should be coordinated with other
electrical/mechanical services, Architectural/structural.
6. Coordination from Structural/architectural team. Contractor must coordinate with civil
contractor and M&P dept to avoid any conflict.
7. Conduit size should be 25mm as per norms; Make sure 40% spare capacity is available in
conduit after cable pulling.
8. All isolator rating, MSP isolator rating to be as per IFC, SLD.
9. Contractor to ensure that all power points, isolators positioning should be coordinated with
its mechanical equipment approved location and all isolators should be within 1 m range of
its mech. Equipment with proper cable connections. For any isolator rating mismatch in
layout, SLD drawing should be followed.
10. Sharp bends & Conduit tee connections are shown which are not allowed in installation as
per norms.
11. All PVC conduits shall be straight and align during the open conduit installation. Where
flexible pipes used must be properly fixed via connectors both end and length shall not be
more than 2fts.
12. All work shall be coordinated with other all disciplines to avoid afterward issues and rework.

      General Points:

13. Work methodology shall be submitted for approval before installation of any devices that
how these devices will be saved form corrosive environment before testing and commission
and handover.
14. All installation work shall be as per specs, approved submittal, design drawings and
standards.
15. Coordination from Structural/architectural team is missing. Contractor must coordinate with
civil contractor to avoid any conflict.
16. All dimensions/levels of services will be finalized in coordinated shop drawings and
contractor needs to follow finalized levels/dimensions.
17. The drawings review is for the purpose of ascertaining general conformity with the design
concept of the project and general compliance with the information given in the Contract
Documents. Corrections or comments made as part of this review do not relieve the
Supplier/Installer/Contractor of responsibility from conformance with the Contract
Documents, applicable codes, and laws all of which have priority over this submittal.
