Scrubbing List for Road Access

1. ☐ Open Browser, go to go to https://app.regrid.com/ click the ‘Sign in’ link in top right corner.
Use the following credentials to login:
Email Address: Input Your REGRID.com email address here.
Password: Input Your REGRID.com password here.

2. ☐ Click the ‘GO TO THE MAP ->’ button in top right of the screen.

3. ☐ Open the Google sheet and starting with Row 2 (because row 1 is column headers), navigate to the
following columns (Property_Latitude & Property_Longitude columns) then do a Ctrl + C to copy both
the latitude value and the longitude value from that row.

4. ☐ Open Browser, go to https://earth.google.com/web/ then from the sidebar menu select the Search Icon
(looks like a magnifying glass), this will open the search field and allow you to do a Ctrl + V (paste) to
paste the Latitude & Longitude Coordinates into Google Earth Web. Hit the ‘Enter’ key after you have
pasted coordinates and Google Earth will fly you to the property and provide imagery. At this point you
can go to the url in the search bar and copy the URL information. Now you can reopen the Google sheet
and paste this url into the appropriate row of the ‘Google_Earth_Web_Link’ column.

5. ☐ Reopen the Google sheet and starting with Row 2 (because row 1 is column headers), navigate to the
following columns (Property_Latitude & Property_Longitude columns) then do a Ctrl + C to copy both
the latitude value and the longitude value from row.

6. ☐ Go back to the website/URL from step 1 (REGRID.com) and navigate to the “Find and address, place
or parcel #” search field (found in the top left of screen). Now do a Ctrl + V (paste) to paste the latitude
and longitude coordinates into the search bar. Verify the result that suddenly appears below the search
field matches the ‘APN’ number found in the “APN” column. If it does match then click on the clickable
APN number that appears below the search result, this should take you to the property location on a map
as well as display the county information on the Sidebar.

7. ☐ On the sidebar of the REGRID interface there is a green ‘ACTIONS’ button. Click the ACTIONS
button then select ‘Copy Parcel Link’ from the dropdown menu. Next revisit your Google sheet and do a
Ctrl + V (paste) to paste the parcel link into the ‘REGRID_Link’ column for your desired row..

8. ☐ From the REGRID map, navigate your cursor up to the top center on the horizontal toolbar and click
on the ‘Layers’ icon (looks like a globe with a dropdown arrow). The topmost section that appears is
called “BASE LAYERS”, choose “Satellite” by clicking on it. This should change the map from a street
map view to a map with satellite imagery that allows you to visually check for road access.
9. ☐ Zoom in as close as you can get to the property while still being able to see all the property boundaries
(property boundaries should be purple in color). You are inspecting to see if the property appears to have
road access. If there appears to be any type of road access to the property, navigate back to the Google
Sheet and input a ‘1’ into the ‘Road_Access’ column for that row (a 1 indicating yes, there is road
access). If there appears to be no road access, type a 0 in the ‘Road_Access’ column for that row
(indicating there is no road access), move onto the next row. Repeat this for every row in the Google
Sheet. If it is hard to determine using REGRID then visually reference both REGRID and Google Earth
Web for each property as they each use different imagery.

You should be able to do 2-3 rows per minute. Note- if it appears there is no road access, use your cursor to zoom in a
little more to verify before inputting 0 into the Road access column (sometimes the road imagery appears when you do a
closer zoom in. Alternatively, reference aste the Latitude & Longitude in Google Earth for different imagery)
