“How To Make Fried Egg”

Materials & Tools


• butter (1 serving spoon)
• 1 egg (can add one egg if you want)
• Salt (can add pepper)
• teflon
• scoop
• a bowl
• a spatula

Steps:
1. First, heat 1 spoonful of low-temperature butter inside the teflon.
2. Then, carefully break one egg in the teflon to keep the yolk intact.
3. Cover the teflon and cook the eggs for 2-3 minutes. Closing the teflon serves to
speed up the egg matting process, and makes the egg white texture solid even though
the yolk is still liquid.
4. After that, place the egg on a serving plate, then season the egg with salt and pepper
enough.
5. And fried eggs can be served, can eat with Rice as an additional dish
