ZEMCOAT is a specially formulated skimcoat for interior and exterior thin plastering applications. It covers pinholes, smoothens impertections and corrects surface unevenness of raw concrete and plastered surfaces on walls, columns, beams and cellings. ZEMCOAT has high bonding strength: ig resistant to hairline cracks and has a perfect silky smooth finish. Substrate must be structurally sound, clean and fee from Ioose concrete, dirt, form alls and other contaminants. NOTE: Wet substrate weilwith clean tap water prorto ZEMCOAT ‘application, especially on areas exposed t0 heat or suniight. 2.1n a clean non-absorptive pail (plastic or galvanized iron) With clean tap water, pour @ sufficient amount of ZEMCOAT. ‘Midng Ratio 8L water -25kg ZEMCOAT Original 7L water :20kg ZEMCOAT Super Fine POT LIFE: 3.4 hours. Hand mix or use @ mixing device (a slow speed, high torque hand dril wth @ mixing paddle). Mixture should attain a smooth, creamy and lump-ffee consistency, MIXING TIME: 2-3 minutes. Lt the misture stand for 15 minutes. Mix again brief before use. CAUTION: Do not add additional water after final mixing. 3. While the substrate is stil damp, apply ZEMCOAT evenly Using a stee! trowel to the desired thickness of 2-Smm.Itdesied application thickness is 0-2mm, use ZEMCOAT Super Fine. Setting Time: 30 minutes. If there is a need to increase the application thickness, apply a second coat of ZENCOAT just Before the frst coat is about to set. Smoothen the surface to the desired finish just before the setting time lapses. Note: Ready fo accept any further finishing after curing time of 24 hours.
