AFFIDAVIT

We, 1) MR. TAMAL SAHA, son of Late Tarak Saha, bearing PAN No.
FFKPS1260G and AADHAR No. 239045552935, residing at S.P. – 296,
Jodhpur Garden, Lake Gardens, Kolkata - 700045, and 2) ABHISHEK
GUPTA, son of Late Sunil Gupta, bearing PAN NO – BELPG8571G AND
AADHAAR NO. - 259079947905, resident of 145, Dr. Girindra Sekhar Bose
Road, Tiljala, Kolkata - 700039, do hereby make oath/ solemnly affirm and say
as follows:

1. That late Sri Rajat Kumar Sarkar, hereinafter referred to as “the deceased,
died intestate on 30/07/2022.

2. That the wife of the said late Rajat Kumar Sarkar, Late Ranita Sarkar
predeceased him on 16/06/2011 and was appointed as the nominee.

3. That we know the deceased and his family since the last 10 years.

4. That at the time of his death the deceased left surviving him the following
persons who according to the law by which they are governed, are the
only legal heirs of the deceased entitled to succeed to the estate of the
deceased on an intestate or an intestate succession;

5. That we are not related in any manner whatsoever to the deceased or

whatsoever nature in the estate of the deceased.
6. That we are informed and we verily believe that the deceased has left
certain deposits/assets with the State Bank of India, Kalimpong Branch,
to which the abovementioned persons are entitled to claim.
7. That we are making this solemn declaration sincerely and
conscientiously believing the same to true and with full knowledge that it
is on the strength of this declaration that the State Bank of India,
Kalimpong Branch, has agreed at our request to make payments of the
amounts of the deposit/to deliver the assets to the abovementioned
persons without insisting on produced by them of a grant of legal
representation to the estate of the deceased from a Competent Court.
