To alter or modify said plan/s if necessary and prepare revised layout / building plans and to sign necessary applications, forms, affidavits and submit the same to the concerned authorities. 3. To apply to the concerned Government authorities for obtaining NOCs for layout formation / construction of building over the “A” schedule property and to do incidental works thereon which are absolutely necessary including applying before the RERA and submit forms, declarations, affidavits and represent and to do such acts which are related directly or indirectly to the “A” schedule property. 4. To apply to court and get order for furnishing security deposit to the concemed authorities for obtaining layout approvals, planning permit and building permit for the “A” schedule property and for such purposes sign necessary papers, affidavits and other documents and execute such security bond in favour of the concerned authorities. 5.
