NOTICE FOR THE ANNUAL GENERAL BODY MEETING

Dear Members,
Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of Megapolis Sparklet Co-operative Housing Society Ltd., will be
held at Podium 1 Hall dated 24th September 2022 Time 11.00 am to 12.30 pm

AGENDA
1. Presentation by the Secretary on the annual performance by the committee and major activities
during the year.
2. Read and confirm the Minutes of the last Annual General Meeting.
3. Presentation and approval of the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2021-22, of the Society.
4. To consider the Audit Report received from the Auditor appointed for FY 2021-22.
5. To place Annual Budget for the next financial year for consideration.
6. Ratification of Appointment of new Chairman in place of old Chairman who resigned vide a
Resignation dated 07th August 2022.
7. To appoint an Auditor for the audit, from the panel approved by the State Government for the
ensuing year.
8. To receive from the Committee the Annual Return as stipulated in Section 75(2) & 95(1b).
9. To consider any other matters specifically requiring decisions concurring or sanctioning the Central
Body Meeting of the Society, by virtue of the provisions in the Act, Rules and the Bye-Laws of the
Society.
10. To consider any important communications received from the Registering Authority, the Statutory
Auditors, Government, Collector, Local Authorities or any other Competent Authority.
11. To make corrections in minutes of the meeting of AGM dated 12 th February 2022 with regards to
the Leakage issue.
12. To update the list of members and add new flat purchasers as members of the Society.
13. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair, excepting those requiring proper
notice after the regular agenda is over and which are permitted under the provision of the Bye-Laws.

Note: About Quorum

The quorum of the general body meeting shall be 2/3rd of the total members or 20 whichever
number is less. However, if quorum is not completed in the general body meeting, then the
meeting should be postponed for half an hour of the time prescribed.
