(2) Install hydraulic hose on one side of the compressor gun and on the
other side at the compressor output.

(3) Connect the compressor to the pneumatic supply (7 Bars).

B. Repair

(1) Half fill the aluminium tank (cartridge) of the compressor with solvent
(Mat. No. 11-013).

(2) Activate the compressor. Wait for solvent to rise and flow out of the
compressor gun. Lock the adapter on wing panel jacking fitting and
increase the pressure to 100/110 bars. Check pressure value at the
indicator located at the end of the compressor gun.

(3) Keep this pressure for three minutes and repeat the same operation
three times.

(4) Remove the adapter and allow to dry for 45 minutes at 20°C (68°F).

(5) Install the adapter on jacking point, put it in contact with the wing
lower surface but do not tighten it and half-fill the compressor gun
cartridge with adhesion primer (Mat. No. 08-021).

(6) Activate the compressor. Wait until adhesion primer rises and flow out
of the compressor gun; then lock the adapter on panel and jacking
fitting and increase pressure up to 100/110 bars; check pressure value
on the indicator located at the end of the compressor gun.

(7) Keep this pressure for three minutes and repeat this operation three
times.

(8) Remove the adapter and allow to dry for 30 minutes at 20°C (68°F).

(9) Install the adapter on jacking point, put it in contact with the wing
lower surface but do not tighten it and half-fill the compressor gun
cartridge with sealant (Mat. No. 09-001A).

(10) Activate the compressor. Wait until sealant flows out of the adapter;
then lock the adapter on panel and jacking fitting and increase
pressure up to 100/110 bars; check pressure value on the indicator
located at the end of the compressor gun.

(11) Remove the adapter and allow to cure to 48 hours at 20°C (68°F) before
refuelling.

NOTE: Thoroughly clean the adapter and hydraulic hose after use.
