Cesar: Hi, how are you doing? How are your studies going?

Jesus: Hi, I'm doing well, thanks. My studies are going great, I'm studying Mechanical
Engineering.

CESAR: That's awesome! What important skills do you need to have to be a good
Mechanical Engineer?

JESUS: Well, there are many important skills. Firstly, I need to have a strong foundation
in physics and mathematics, since these subjects are crucial to understanding how things
work. Additionally, I need to be able to think critically and analytically and have excellent
problem-solving skills.

CESAR: I see. As for me, I'm studying Industrial Engineering. In my field, it's important to
be able to analyze and optimize processes, and to have strong communication and
interpersonal skills.

JESUS: That's interesting. What are your ambitions for after graduation?

CESAR: Well, I want to work for a large manufacturing company and help them improve
their processes and reduce waste. I'm also interested in eventually moving into a
leadership position.

JESUS: That's impressive. As for me, I want to work in the automotive industry and
design more efficient engines and systems. I'd also love to eventually start my own
engineering firm.

CESAR: Those are great ambitions! It's important to have a clear goal in mind and work
towards it. How are you planning to achieve those goals?

JESUS: I'm planning to gain as much practical experience as possible through internships
and co-op programs, and to pursue advanced degrees in the future. What about you?

CESAR: I'm also planning to do internships and co-ops, and to get involved in
extracurricular activities that will help me develop my leadership skills. I'm also planning
to attend graduate school to further my education.

and how we're going to get there.
