application filed for Stay of Impugned Order under Rule 31 bearing E-filing No.
9910110/06143/2021 & the second Interlocutory Application filed for Condonation delay of
2 days in filing the appeal bearing E-filing No. 9910110/06142/2021.

E-filing of the same was done on 13.12.2021, wherein the defects identified were notified to
the Counsel & Proxy Counsel of the Appellant on 21.12.2021.

Subsequently, the defects being cured, & the physical re-filing along-with the Electronic E-
filing on the Portal was done on 22.12.2021.

It is thus, humbly prayed by the Counsel to kindly list the matter on 6.01.2022 before the
Hon’ble Appellate Authority.
