Whistlher
Whistler is a city north of Vancouver, in British Columbia,
which houses Whistler Blackcomb, one of the largest ski
resorts in North America. In addition to skiing and
snowboarding, the area is also suitable for snowshoe
walks, descents aboard sleds and ski jumps in the Olympic
Park, one of the venues of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.
The center of Whistler is a small pedestrian village, with
chalets, at the base of the Whistler and Blackcomb
mountains.
