Parrots, the talkative birds

Parrots, also known as psittacines, are birds of about 398

species. Those are subdivided into three large groups,
the Psittacoidea , the true parrot, the hook-billed, fierce,
astonishing parrot. Comes in all colors, the most
common has a green-blue head, yellow wings and
abdomen. Part of his neck is white and the rest black, or
the all known red parrot.
Parrots do not eat disgusting, gossip grubs,
grasshoppers or worms like other bird do. They
preferably eat fruits and veggies, nuts and seeds as well.
Parrot diseases can cause from nimbles to pneumonia if
a parrot has Chlamydia psittaci which can also affect other
birds. The disease caused by C. psittaci, psittacosis, was first
characterized in 1879 when seven individuals in Switzerland
were found to experience pneumonia after exposure to tropical
pet birds. After that people started delving into the cause of that.
The other two species are threatened by extinction.
In my opinion parrots are fantastic birds. Although they eat at
a glacial pace, they are amazing birds.
