Please note:

1. Application will be not accepted in the Visa application centre if applicant’s personal information like Name
and Passport number are not correct in appointment letter.
2. Please note,it may take more than the prescribed time mentioned on your Appointment letter while submitting your Visa
Application at BLS Spain Visa Application Centre.
3. Applicants will be issued with a token number at the Application Centre and will be attended as per the token number
assigned.
4. The waiting time at Application Centre depends on the number of applications submitted at the counter by an individual.
5. Please be available at the Visa Application Centre (VAC) 10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time in your
Appointment letter.
6. Kindly refer to the checklist and carry documents as per requirements on the appointment date & time.
7. Due to security regulations, we don't permit Laptop, USB, Tablets, CD, Helmet and bags, and there is no storage space
provided at our centre. Kindly make your own arrangements for safekeeping of your valuables. Please refer to Security
Rules in BLS Website https://algeria.blsspainvisa.com//english/security_rules.php for more information.
8. If the applicant is a first time traveler, biometric is mandatory and he/ she needs to be present in person at the centre.
Accompanying applicants will not be allowed to the centre except when accompanying children, differently abled or who
need wheelchair assistance.

9. If you miss to turn up at our centre at the appointed date and time, BLS does not guarantee for a fresh appointment.
You may have to seek a fresh appointment as per the availability online.
10. FAMILY option to book appointment is only for the persons having blood relation or any other family link
between them. Applicants will be required to present documents justifying those links.Appointments
booked by other persons under this option will STRICTLY NOT be accepted.
11. If your Schengen visa application is rejected, you are advised to apply again after 90 days only. If you choose to apply
immediately afterwards, the Consulate General of Spain may not consider your application.
12. The Consulate General of Spain has noticed that some visa applicants, after making an appointment, do not
show up on the appointment day. Except in duly justified cases, these cases shall be recorded and the
Consulate reserves the right to take account of this situation in subsequent applications.

Travel Insurance is mandatory for travelling to Spain. You can scan the below QR code to get your travel

IMPORTANT UPDATE
A new regulation has been issued by the Spanish Ministry of Health, dealing with the health measures to be implemented and
concerning the travellers arriving in Spain. In this regard, it is mandatory for prospective travellers to know about the
following:

a. All passengers arriving in Spain, may it by air or sea, will undergo a health check carried out by Spanish authorities
before entering the country. These controls may include a temperature check as well as a documentary and a
visual assessment of passengers’ condition.

b. Before initiating the travel to Spain all passengers originating from any airport or port must complete a public
health form. It can be done online at www.spth.gob.es or through the free application: SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-sp
TH. Once the form is filled-in, the person concerned will receive a QR code, which will have to show upon arrival in
Spain.

c. A transitional period is established, until July 31, 2020, in which international passengers who have not been able
to complete the public health form electronically may fill it and present it upon arrival in Spain in paper format.
