This document provides instructions for two prayer methods inspired by the letters of St. Mary Domenica Mazzarello: the Heart Meditation and the Heart-to-Heart Contemplative Prayer. The Heart Meditation involves meditating on Scripture passages by entering into the hearts of Jesus and others in the passage. The Heart-to-Heart Contemplative Prayer involves entering into a quiet contemplation of God's love by entering into the Heart of Christ and sharing what is in one's own heart. These methods aim to foster intimacy with God through reflection on Scripture and opening one's heart in prayer.
