inspect this ift. Abnormalities that should be
checked for every time:

• cracked welds
Before use fix the lift to the floor with anchor bolts. • leaking fluid anywhere on the lift
• bent parts
• missing parts
• loose parts
• damaged parts

Never overload beyond its capacity.

This if should be taken out of service if it is believed to have been
subjected to an abnormal load or shock.
