advantages of being relatively inexpensive, safe and easy to maintain.

They're very convenient and cost-effective solution for low-rise buildings with
low traffic.

Hydraulic elevators have been rated the safest option for home elevators.

They boast superb user friendliness and easy access machine room located at
the basement.

Once they are put in place, hydraulic elevators provide the smoothest rides
possible. This lift doesn’t require Head room or Pit.

Power required only while going up.

In case of power failure you can come down-manually.

This will work on Single phase also if reqd.

This can be fitted even on old buildings also.

Home position can be made for first floor.

General lifts are not available for one floor.

The Cylinder assembly is duly is honed, hardened and chromed ensuring longer lift and
Hydraulic Cylinder efficiency. Best of the Hydraulic seal PU material, “O” ring are used for longer working of
the equipment

 Safety Feature

✓ Overload Pressure: - If more load in kept above the set load pressure, lift will not operate. Thus, oil will bypass
again in tank

✓ Final Limit Switch: - In case of failure of floor level limit switch, the final safety limit switch shall work at
extreme condition

✓ Failure of Final Limit Switch: - In extreme case final limit switch failure, if will stop to its extreme/ highest stroke,
which means Hydraulic Cylinder last extension, lift will stop & oil will bypass back again in Tank.

✓ Ground Load Center: - As Hydraulic Cylinder in Machine Room Less (MRL) technology, its set up is done at the
bottom. When weight is lifted, the pressure is created equally at the bottom, hence it’s give complete safety as
compare to other Traction or Hoist lift whose mechanism are kept on top of lift, and while load lifting, the other
Lift has to bear the complete hanging load.

✓ Circuit Breaker: - Panel board is provided with MCB Switch.

✓ Power Failure: - In Power Failure, Car Platform will load or without load can be easily brought down to its
resting position through Needle Valve.

✓ Single Phase Preventer: - To guard Motor from unexpected voltage phase fluctuation, Single Phase preventer is
provided.

✓ Power Saving: - Motor consume power only while going up, while lift comes down due to gravity/pressure, with
the help of triggering single solenoid coil 220v.

✓ Lift Mode Auto or Manual: - Panel board is provided with feature of Auto & Manual Button. While During
servicing or other works, lift can be operate through Manual Push Button.

✓ Car Door Safety: - Lift will stop, if any time between the motion car doors will be or kept open. If door is not
closed, lift will not operate.

✓ Landing Door Safety: - Lift will stop, if any time between the motion landing doors will be or kept open. If door
is not closed, lift will not operate.

✓ Automatic Rescue Device: - During Power Failure, lift will automatic halt to down next immediate floor available
for safe exit. (UPS & Inverted will be on Customer scope).(Optional, not included in below Price)

**Site Visit**

In Ahmedabad Site Visit, Counseling Charge is ₹ 500/- (Customer Will Get AutoCAD 2D Drawing ).
Visiting Charge: - Within 500 KM - ₹ 7,000/per Visit , between 501 to 1499km will be ₹ 10,000/per visit & beyond 1500 km will be ₹ 15,000/per
Visit. (This completely depend on the availability of travelling source & time. Price may vary as per the location).
This visiting charge will be kept as Security Deposit, as soon as Purchase Order is issued, this amount will be adjusted in customer invoice as
payment. Hence, visiting charges is made free, however this can be done within 1 year after date of visit, then the same amount is non-
refundable or adjustable.
Our Supervisor will assist you to choose & plan lift as per Customer Requirement & Location.
Customer will get Autocad 2D Drawing after successful site visit, which will give proper elevation of the lift structure & space required.

**Maintenance & Service**

Hydraulic Lift is usually maintenance-less, however from time to time greasing & Oil needs to be checked. (Similarly like our two-wheeler bike)
One Year fault visit will be free within Warranty. After that NO NEED TO SIGN ANY AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Customer can book
service call for servicing or fault.
There is no warranty against any Electrical equipment.
KY Conduct Loyalty visit time to time for a customer, whenever possible.

 **Terms & Condition**

Payment terms: -
• 50 % Advance payment along with PO, 40% plus tax value after completed the production prior to dispatch ,5% after delivery & 5%
after Installation & Commissioning.

Customer Scope: -
• Hydraulic Power Pack will come without Oil.(Grade Oil :- 68/46)
• Electrical Unit near the lift – MCB 4 Pole 32 amp.
• Food & Accommodation for erection team will be on Customer scope or else Additional Charge will be applicable.(Not Applicable Only for Ahmedabad)
• Welding machine, gas cutting, any other equipment require during erection will be on your scope. (Not Applicable Only for Ahmedabad)
• Scaffoldings, Hydra facility, have to arrange if require and will be under your scope. All kinds of Civil Works before/ during/ after will be on your Scope.
• Landing Door fixing on customer scope for Manual Lift except Auto door. (Material will be provided for manual door)
• Erection/Installation/Commissioning Charge Extra (Price may vary as per Site/Location)
• Usage: This is a hydraulic loading platform and not meant for human use.

Price Terms: -
• The prices offered are ex Works, Ahmedabad exclusive of GST, Excise duty, Sales Tax and other levies like Entry Tax, etc., if any applicable, which are chargeable at the
rates prevailing at the time of dispatch. The current rates of taxes and duties are as follows.

Hydraulic Lift Phenomena: -

• While Loading and Unloading Heavy Material through lift, Hydraulic Oil show compression phenomena, hence there will be Floor Variance of ± 30 to 100 mm.
• C – Channel Structure have Vibration, however this doesn’t impact the performance of Lift.

Taxes and Duties: -

• Sales Tax: GST @ 18%

Freight & Insurance: -

• Kindly confirm the transportation arrangements that you prefer. At your request, freight and insurance can be arranged by us and the same shall be charged extra at
actual to your account.

Unloading and Commissioning: -

• Unloading at your site will have to be done by you. The equipment can be driven off the lorry if you have a suitable ramp. In case you have to use a crane to unload, clear
decals are placed on the equipment to assist in the correct way for unloading.

Delivery: -
• 4-5 weeks from the date of receipt of your commercially & technically clear purchase order along with advance, Season holidays excluded.

Warranty: -
▪ The machines manufactured by us are warranted for one year against any manufacturing defect from the date of invoice. (Excluding rubber electrical parts, gear coupling
& pressure gauge as being brought out items doesn’t from part of our warrantee). However the warrantee does not cover the machine against any misuse, neglect, poor
storage, improper maintenance, also no claims for any type of damages during loading, transportation through road/rail/air/sea and KY Industries. Either direct or
indirect & no claims for duty loss & profit. After placing an order if order will be cancel by customer No refund will be given.
▪ Warranty does not include any electrical faults or Service.
▪ Electrical Unit: The Electric Panel comes with electrical circuit diagram which is self-explanatory and can be solve by the local electrician .If still you want our electrical
engineer to come for solution charges are applicable on per day services also customer have to pay for To and Fro ticket, food and day knight boarding.
▪ Force measure Clause: No penalties or liquidated damages will be enable. This offer is made in right earnest and is subject to force measure clause.
▪ Exclusion of our scope: Installation, civil & electrical work, unloading, statutory approvals, any other service not mentioned and supply of any other material not mentioned
▪ Validity: Our above offer is valid for acceptance up to 7 days from today and will be subject to confirmation thereafter.
▪ Jurisdiction: Only Ahmedabad courts will have jurisdiction to all correspondence / orders against this offer.
