The Real Estate industry of India has been shown to have provided a

higher percentage of the National Income of the nation with the rising
expansion of the Indian economy. Globally, investors continue to favor
real estate as a destination. government policies that are supportive of
investors and rising globalization are the main drivers. Since Pramukh
Pvt. Ltd. (a real estate company) was requested to research "The
consumer's perception and expectations buying a house," the project is
shedding light on the Indian real estate market.

Information about real estate and the information required to seek or buy
property was gathered from knowledgeable individuals who could draw
on their own experiences in this area. The visitors to the Pramukh Aryan
II, Surat site were the ones who were being targeted. First, a
questionnaire was created by the task assigned. The following are the
questionnaire's goals:

Get the customer's perspective when he goes to buy a house.


Identify a customer's expectations before a home purchase.
Figure out all of the answers to their perspectives and expectations.
A secondary goal was to learn what clients wanted from real estate
developers and regulatory bodies operating in the real estate sector.
Data from 100 participants were gathered to assist determine their
perceptions and expectations. A few of them are as follows:

The public does not have clear expectations of the developers.


People are unaware of how to purchase a home or other property.
People are unaware of the legal and technical documentation they look
over when buying a home or property.
Any information builder gives to the consumer in their brochures is
condition-based, and the buyer does not comprehend it in the same
manner.
