1. What is project management framework?

A project manager should be make a very clear and excellent plans with following its outlines ,
the scope , goals , budget , timeline , and deliverables of a project , and its essential for keeping
a project on track.
3. What is Gantt chart? Discuss and give examples.
It is the graphical representation of activity against time. Examples is a Project management
