    Insurance opt out request in ServiceNow (For New,
    existing Graduate students AY2021-22)
    The University administers 3 different insurance schemes for full-time
    graduate students:
    1. Group Hospitalisation & Surgical Insurance Scheme (GHSI)
    2. Group Personal Accident Insurance Scheme (GPAI)
    3. Medical Scheme (MS)

    All new, existing PhD Research, Master by Research and Master by


    Coursework students including Self-financing programmes can opt out
    of certain NTU student insurance schemes.
    If you have already put in your opt out request in previous semester,
    you do not need to put in the request again.
    Your opt out request will apply throughout the period that you are a
    matriculated student in NTU. You will not be allowed to opt in again for
    any insurance scheme once you have opted out.
