Apple cake is a delicious dessert that can be enjoyed year-round.

If you're looking for a recipe that


doesn't use flour, you're in luck! This recipe uses ground almonds instead, making it gluten-free
and a great option for those with dietary restrictions.

Ingredients:

3 apples, peeled and cored

1 cup of ground almonds

3 eggs

1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup

1 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cut the apples into small cubes. In a large bowl, mix the
ground almonds with the baking powder and cinnamon. Separately beat the eggs until they
become thick. Add honey or maple syrup to it slowly while continuing beating until completely
mixed into the eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with dry ingredients (ground
almonds+spices) then carefully fold in until well combined.

Put apple slices on top of this dough mixture as per your liking 8.Place in oven and bake for about
an hour or until golden brown.

This cake is perfect for serving warm as an after-dinner treat or even cold as breakfast along with
some coffee!
