Food safety management is strengthened at school cafeterias and street

poisoning and food-borne diseases, strengthen food safety management at
school kitchens and street food businesses, the Department of Health has
requested the health centers of districts, towns and cities to promote
dissemination and propaganda on food safety in the food service business,
firstly at the school kitchens, street food businesses, especially the group of
street food businesses close to the schools.
On the other hand, implementing the signing of commitments to ensure food
safety for school collective kitchens and street food businesses according to
regulations on assignment and decentralization of management. The goal of
signing is to ensure food safety for all food service establishments in the area
that are not subject to the grant of a certificate of eligibility for food safety.
In addition, the health centers of districts, towns and cities need to prepare
plans and conduct food safety inspection at school canteens in the area.
Directing commune, ward and township health stations to advise the People's
Committees of communes, wards and townships to organize food safety
inspection on the street food business establishments in their respective
management areas.
