DATE:

I. OBJECTIVES

At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:

a. Define three of the trigonometric ratios;

b. identify the sine, cosine and tangent and;
c. use the three of the six trigonometric ratios to draw conclusions about real-world systems.

II. Subject Matter

Topic: Three of the six trigonometric ratio

a. solve for the secant

b. solve for the cosecant

C. Lesson Proper/ Discussion

Csc sec cot are the three trigonometric functions

cosecant, secant, and cotangent respectively. These
functions are also called the reciprocal trigonometric
functions as they are the reciprocals of the sine
function, cosine function, and tangent function,
respectively. The formula in this as follows:

“Again, what is our topic?”

“That’s correct, how do we find the sine, cosine and

hypotenuse of a triangle?”

(Raising their hands)

“Sir, our topic for today is all about finding the sine,
Very good class. cosine and tangent of a triangle”

To divide polynomials, first divide the first term of

the dividend by the first term of the divisor. This is
the first term of the quotient. Multiply the new term
by the divisor, and subtract this product from the
dividend. This difference is the new dividend.

D. Evaluation

Answer the following:

Find the sine cosine and tangent of the triangle.

1.)
2.A post is standing 12 ft from the ground. The
shadow lies 25ft and the distance at the peak of
the post to the end of the shadow is 36 ft. find the
sine, cosine and tangent of the triangle when the
point at the ground.

E. Assignment

Make a prayer in a class using mathematical words.
