APPLICATION FOR THE REQUEST TO COLLECT THE RESULT OF

OUR DECEASED BROTHER.

The family of the deceased student from the department of political science and
administration, with ID Number of 16D/440262 who was graduated since 2020.
Aare here by requesting for the school management approval to collect his result if
possible.

Firstly, we lost and beloved brother (Musa Ibrahim) who suffered from a brief
illness in general hospital Mubi. Were he received his treatment, but unfortunately,
with all the good and appropriate treatment which had been rendered to him the
things are getting worse and finally past away (died). With the brief explanation
given above, I hope the school management would consider our request
appropriately.
