The Lima Estate by Aboitiz InfraCapital is an industrial park in Batangas, Philippines, that just
received a Berde 5-Star accreditation, making it the first industrial park in the nation. The park's
dedication to sustainability and green building techniques is recognized by this accreditation.

The Seda Hotel Nuvali is one instance of a building on the Lima Estate that might be regarded as
a green building. The energy use of this hotel has been minimized through the use of
daylighting and natural ventilation. Also, it contains solar panels on the roof that provide
electricity for the building's lighting and other electrical requirements. The hotel also features a
system for collecting rainwater and using it for non-potable needs like irrigation and toilet
flushing.

Another condition that the Seda Hotel Nuvali has accomplished is the use of sustainable
materials in its construction. The hotel was built with recycled and locally obtained materials,
