EARLY-BIRD RATE: ₱14,500 if paid on or before 15 March 2021. (Availing of the early-bird rate is a waiver of any
other discount).
REGULAR RATE: ₱15,500 if paid on or after 16 March 2021.

Fee is inclusive of online prebar and preweek lectures, handouts (electronic form), 7 online mock bar exams, coaching,
and last-minute tips in electronic form for each bar subject. Refer to Jurists Online Schedule for additional details. All
video lectures may be replayed by the reviewee at his convenience until the last day of the 2021 bar exam.

FOR JURISTS COMBO

EARLY-BIRD RATE: ₱25,500 if paid on or before 15 March 2021. (Availing of the early-bird rate is a waiver of any
other discount).
REGULAR RATE: ₱26,500 if paid on or after 16 March 2021.

Fee is inclusive of the following: (1) prebar lectures & preweek lectures by livestream or pre-recorded online, including
livestream orientation covering lectures on bar review/exam tactics and strategies and English for bar reviewees; (2) 7
mock bar exams; (3) coaching sessions; (4) handouts (paper and electronic form); (6) last-minute tips in electronic
form for each bar subject. A combo reviewee may attend the prebar review and preweek review on livestream or pre-
recorded online. Refer to Jurists Combo schedule for the livestream and refer to Jurists Online schedule for the online
review. All video lectures, except for the first two days of the review, may be replayed by the reviewee at his
convenience until the last day of the 2021 bar exam. Hard copies of notes could be arranged by the reviewee for pick up
from the Jurists office in Las Pinas City.

JURISTS PREWEEK ONLINE: ₱7,500

Fee is inclusive of handouts in paper and electronic form. Enrollees may arrange pick up of hard copies of notes from the
Jurists office in Las Pinas City. Preweek fee includes last-minute tips in electronic form for each bar subject. No mock bar
exams and coaching in preweek. All video lectures may be replayed by the reviewee at his convenience until the last
day of the 2021 bar exam. Refer to Jurists Preweek Schedule for additional details.

You may enroll by depositing your payment to the account of Jurists Review Center Inc., BPI Account
No. 8301-0026-97 or RCBC Account No. 7-589-94300-1 or Security Bank Account No. 000-0021-
1839-11 and emailing a clear copy of the deposit slip or funds transfer slip, your ID with photo
(Driver’s License, School ID, PRC ID, Postal ID or Company ID) and the filled-in application form to
juristsbar@juristsbar.com.ph, with your name written on the front of your deposit slip or funds transfer
slip. Call or text us at 0917-550-3591 (for Globe) or 0998-573-4518 (for Smart) for confirmation.
PARTIAL OR INCOMPLETE PAYMENT OR MERE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM
WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT WILL BE DEEMED VOID AND WILL NOT CONFER ANY RIGHT
TO APPLICANT. NO REFUND ALLOWED.

I fully understand that Jurists hand-outs and review materials, whether in paper or electronic form, are
strictly and exclusively for the use of Jurists reviewees, and that Jurists Online videos and materials are
strictly and exclusively for the use and viewing of Jurists Online and Jurists Combo reviewees. I
undertake not to disseminate or to furnish to any person or entity, or to upload, download, store or
transmit the Jurists videos, hand-outs, and review materials and I fully understand that the violation of
the undertakings or understandings herein shall be subject to civil, criminal, and administrative
sanctions and penalties and a ground for the termination of my rights and privileges as a Jurists
reviewee for the 2021 bar review season.

I agree to abide by the foregoing terms and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may be
issued by Jurists Bar Review Center, including its Privacy Policy, in case my application is accepted. I
understand that availment of Jurists Bar Review Center’s review facilities and services is conditioned
