2 19-05-2023 Call for a legible carbon/ photostat copy of the case

diary in connection with Shri Krishna Puri P.S. Case No. 278 of

2021 from the court of learned S.D.J.M., Patna Sadar.

List this case after receipt of the case diary or on

05.07.2023 whichever is earlier.

Mr. Mohammad Abu Haidar, learned counsel appears

for the informant and has opposed the prayer for anticipatory

bail of the petitioner. In course of his submissions, however,

learned counsel submits that after the dishonour of cheque no

remand notice was issued to the petitioner.

Considering the undisputed submissions of learned

counsel for the petitioner that after dishonour of the cheque in

question no remand notice/ statutory notice was issued to the

petitioner, at this stage, this Court directs that till next hearing of

this matter, no coercive action shall be taken against the

petitioner provided he appears before the Investigating Officer

within a period of four weeks from today and cooperates in

course of investigation.
