    Project 1:-Historical back ground of 5S procedures( 30 %)

    Under this project trainees are expected to Learn about the Historical origins of 5S methodology and the role 5S
    played in the Production System at beginning of its introduction.. You are also required to know Where to use 5S
    for the first time and Find out how the working area of most manufacturing business, offices environment,
    healthcare facilities, schools, and other workplaces would like before 5S applied.

    Have you heard of about 6S or 6 Sigma? Learn about the updated 5S method and how some argue 5S already
    improve safety, no need for an extra phase. What about warehouse keeping techniques and kaizen? To learn
    more about the how 5S method of process improvement is first discovered and how the 5S Approach reviewed
    as a waste Elimination for Lean Businesses. With these type of back ground lesson, you will accomplish the
    following objectives:

     Know who created the 5S method of process improvement


     Reason for the creation of the 5S method of process improvement
     The Theory behind the 5S method involving the steps upon one another
     Understand the purpose behind the Lean Manufacturing movement
     Reason why businesses and industries use the method
